Gin Tonic

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part gin
  • 2 parts tonic water
  • Lemon or lime slice
  • Ice

PREPARATION

In a glass with ice, mix gin and tonic water. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.

Gin Punch Tropical

        • 25 ml lemon juice
        • 20 ml simple syrup
        • Soda or tonic water
        • Pear slices

PREPARATION

Combine vodka, lemon juice, and syrup in a tall glass with ice. Top with soda or tonic water and garnish with pear slices.

Pear & Rose Mule

        • 50 ml John C Pear & Hibiscus Vodka
        • 100 ml ginger beer
        • 10 ml lime juice
        • Edible rose petals for garnish

PREPARATION

Pera Tropical

INGREDIENTS

        • 50 ml John C Pear & Hibiscus Vodka
        • 30 ml pineapple juice
        • 10 ml passion fruit syrup
        • Splash of lime juice
        • Basil leaves

PREPARATION

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a short glass with fresh ice. Garnish with basil leaves.
